How can I confirm my order details?

You will receive an order confirmation mail on your registered email address (for registered users) and an instant confirmation message on the website. On the contrary, if you are a guest user, you will only be able to the message on the website upon your order confirmation.

Does the miner set include power cord/cable?

Our intention is to ensure you receive a 100% brand new, factory-sealed product. We don’t provide a power cord unless it's already in the box, so we recommend sourcing one locally. Thank you for understanding!

What is the difference between an in-stock product and a batch/production?

When you visit our website’s Available product page, you will be faced with miner delivery statuses:

  1. In Stock
  2. Month Batch/Production

If the miner status is former (i.e. In stock), we will ship the product within 48-72 hours of receipt of the order. On the other hand, in the latter miner status (i.e. month batch/production), the product will be shipped in the stated month but is currently available for order.

Can I make payment in a currency other than US$?
